Company is lying about delivery time. No customer support...
I've ordered my stuff 26th of Nov. On site it says that order will be around 1-2 of Dec. Its 3rd today - order still preparing for shipment. No answer for my ticket from the support...
Horrible do not buy this headset or deal with customer service. I purchased the arctis 7 in April and i have had nothing but issues. The sound quality is s**t the app is beyond s**t the mic is well s**t and now my left headphone is crackling and when adjusted loses sound completely. To top it off even though you buy this from steel series on amazon they cant do anything to refund it or replace it being it "wasn't purchased on their website". To top it all off EVEN MORE! Over 200$(after tax) spent on this POS headset and no warranty and literally wouldn't matter because of the previous. Garbage company I regret ever buying this headset don't make the same mistake i did and find someone else these guys' customer service is horrible to deal with and their products suck massive Balls. My 30$ Logitech headset is by far and i mean by far better.
SteelSeries if you some how manage to read this review. I legit hope you as a company are ashamed for producing such low quality grade freaking A garbage products. 189.99 before tax on a headset that has the sound quality of a basic 5$ random stereo speaker, hell the random stereo speaker might actually be better. Change how you deal with customers put a damn 1 year warranty card in the box ( pretty sure when i got this headset it said in the ad that it came with a 1 year warrenty but ya can't prove that now can I?) Anyway SteelSeries F you! Thanks for ripping myself and every other unhappy customer off.
Also, i did send support a ticket cancelled it after realizing i wasn't going to get anywhere and how steelseries F'ed me in the ass and didn't even ask me out for dinner first... nice!

I requested a return for a pair of headsets and the turn around rate was fast and I was able to get my refund on my purchase.
They order , shipping and return system is a meh but theirs products are yeah :)
Horrible, this is not just 1 person in particular but for all the tickets regarding my order.
I opened a ticket soon after purchasing my Arctis Pro headset because of a crack that develops where the ear cup meets the headband, which is a very weak joint. At the time of the original RMA request the headset was out of stock so I couldn't get a new one, the only thing I could do was destroy the one I had to get a coupon for a new one whenever it gets back in stock. Unfortunately I only had the one headset so I couldn't afford to just destroy it and wait so I kept the headset intact. Now the same crack that has advanced to a point were any day now the ear cup is probably gonna disconnect from the headband and the headset is now out of warranty and they will not RMA and instead offered a measly discount on the website.
I just keep getting emails saying I need to reply or it will get cancelled, I’m waiting for them to come in stock
That was an actually nice conversation where my problem was tried to be solved with no unnecessary beating around the bush. Instrucitons were vivid and responds where fast.
Customer service was very quick and friendly but my problem was not resolved. My headset microphone recently stopped working and the first solution I was provided was to speak into the correct part of the microphone which, to be honest, was absolutely ridiculous and condescending. My main issue, however, is with the policy. My headset is a few weeks outside the warranty and suddenly stopped working. As a result, after only a year and a couple of weeks of use, I'll have to spend money on a replacement. It's overall a really disappointing policy and product if one year is all you can get out of it. The only reason I'm giving this an "average" review instead of "poor" is because of the speed of responses which I appreciate.
Took way too long to send apart then I ordered a whole new device from a vendor it finally arrived after one day of ordering it however it was the same day your part finally came after weeks and weeks I’m not impressed
Customer service rep was great. Just the Steel Series inventory management ruined the experience.
I was told to refuse shipment my first purchase since the one I wanted randomly became in stock. However, right after refusing the shipment my order of the Black 7P was canceled by Steel Series.
Didn’t get my headset that I wanted because inventory isn’t properly set up. I ordered it with 20 left after buying my reserve for it and I still lost my order. On top of being out the money for the 2 headsets.
Lost a customer for good.
I’ll just buy my products from a distributor who can handle inventory management. That killed my love for the product.
Initial contact was great and troubleshooting steps were fine.
However I'm removing a star because it took 3 days to simply confirm that I was out of warranty, had I known faster I would already have bought a replacing mouse instead of tolerating the broken one this week.
I ordered the arctis pro wireless. The package had a little delay but the package was in a very good condition. The Service team was really friendly and respectful my only point of criticism on the product were that the ear pads were a bit to thin. Maybe the ear pads were thick enough and the real problem were my ears.
